Tights, over or under leotard?
I recently moved to a new dance studio and half the girls there wear their tights over their leotard. At my old studio, this was not acceptable in class so no one did it. But I now personally think it looks kinda cool and would totally wear the tights over. Obviously under is always proper. But I’m wondering whether wearing tights over the leotard is equally accepted today. Some advise please?
Tights are underwear. Keep wearing your them underneath your leotard. Others might THINK it’s “cool” to wear their underwear on the outside, but it’s wrong. 🙂
Generally, it is more polite to wear them under. I suppose you could wear them over, but it looks more professional to have them under.
