When should dancers eat?
The thing I’m really struggling with right now is my eating schedule. I’m currently in my third year in college full time. I finish by around 8pm then head over immediately to my dance studio for practice through 10pm sometimes 10:30pm. So I’m not really able to eat my meals at “normal” hours due to my schedule, and frankly it’s never bothered me. But recently I’ve noticed that during dance classes my body is simply feeling more and more worn out. I’ve tried eating my dinner before dance, but that just makes it worse. Anybody know when’s the best time for dancers to eat?
